No Bull Code provides:

• Team augmentation with vetted software developers and technical experts
  
• Custom software development and IT services
  
• Recruitment support, onboarding, and project coordination

All services are subject to written agreements that outline timelines, deliverables, and commercial terms.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

• Provide accurate information regarding project needs
  
• Maintain open and timely communication
  
• Use services only for lawful purposes
  
• Avoid direct hiring or solicitation of developers without written approval from No Bull Code

3. Developer Exclusivity and Misconduct Clause

Developers assigned by No Bull Code are contractually bound to operate exclusively through No Bull Code during active engagements with our clients.

Any client or developer engaging in direct or indirect employment, contract, or freelance work with each other bypassing No Bull Code is a serious violation.
We reserve the right to take immediate legal and contractual action, including but not limited to:

• Termination of services
  
• Monetary penalties
  
• Legal claims for damages and lost revenue

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified:

• All client-funded work is the intellectual property of the client after final payment
• No Bull Code retains rights to its proprietary tools, processes, and documentation

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be defined in individual contracts. Late payments may incur service delays or even penalties.

6. Limitation of Liability

No Bull Code is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  
• Losses arising from delays, third-party tools, or developer actions beyond our control

Our liability is limited to the total value of the current service agreement.

7. Termination of Services

We may suspend or terminate services if:

• Clients breach these terms or violate agreed contracts
• Developers engage in misconduct or violate exclusivity agreements

Either party may terminate ongoing services with written notice, as defined in the agreement.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
