Billing
What payment options do you accept?

We support payments via:

  • International wire transfer
  • Credit cards

What happens if additional time is required?

While we aim to stay within the agreed upon hours, there may be occasional instances where extra time is needed to ensure quality and complete work delivery. In such cases we’ll notify you beforehand, and with your approval, additional hours will be reflected in the next invoice.

When will I be charged?

You’ll be charged the first month’s payment up-front, after you interview and confirm a candidate. Billing then continues on a monthly or bi-weekly basis, depending on your engagement terms.

How does your billing work?

Billing has two components:

  • Upfront Payment: After selecting a candidate to hire the first month’s payment is billed up front, before work begins.
  • Ongoing Billing: Continued billing occurs on a monthly or bi-weekly cycle, depending on your engagement terms.

Can I interview the developer before hiring?

Absolutely. You’ll have the opportunity to interview, test, or run a coding challenge with any shortlisted developer.

Will time zone differences be a problem?

Timezone differences will not be a problem. We ensure a minimum 4-hour overlap with your working hours, typically during your core business window. Many of our developers can adjust to partial or even full-time overlap, depending on your needs.

Think of it as a 24-hour development machine – As long as expectations are clear and communication stays consistent, we turn time zone differences into a productivity advantage.

Where are your developers located?

Currently, all of our developers are located in Nepal.

How do you vet developers?

We manually screen every developer to ensure top-tier quality, communication, and reliability. Only 1% make it through.

1. Resume & Soft Skills Screening
We review resumes for relevant experience, English proficiency, and remote work readiness.

2. Technical Assessment
Candidates complete a real-world coding challenge tailored to their role – Frontend, Backend, Full Stack, etc.

3. Live Technical Interview
We conduct in-depth interviews covering system design, code reviews, and hands-on problem-solving.

4. Final Review & Approval
A final evaluation includes a GitHub/codebase audit and precision skill tagging to ensure accurate placement.

Do your developers speak fluent English?

Yes. All developers undergo a live communication screening to ensure strong English and professional fluency.

How are you different from freelance platforms?

Unlike typical freelance platforms, we take a more hands-on and structured approach. Every developer is manually vetted, matched with care, and supported throughout the engagement. We focus on long-term collaboration, not just one-off gigs. We offer clear pricing, guaranteed replacements, and dedicated onboarding assistance to set each partnership up for success.

We are a technical staffing company that connects businesses with pre-vetted, top-tier developers. Our primary focus is team augmentation, complemented by select software development services. No fluff just fast, reliable results.
